STANDARD SHIPPING
To fulfill your orders we have partnered with our trusted courier third party delivery services. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping process inside Indonesia will generally take around 2-15 working days.

Please contact us before purchasing if you would prefer to use expedited / express shipment.

Shipping cost is calculated by the distance, remote area, and weigh/dimension of your package. You can review before confirming and proceed to payment process.

Orders will be processed on working days, Monday – Friday 09.00 – 16.00 WIB within 1-2 days after we have received the payment. Order cut off time is 14.00 every working day. Orders received after 14.00 will be processed the following working day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns can only be made within 7 days after the package is received by the customer.
Goods must be in the same condition at the time of receipt; It should not be damaged, dirty or washed, and the label (tag) of clothing is still intact.
The goods must be returned along with the original packaging and packaging.
Returns do not apply to sale products, accessories and panties, or products purchased using promotional codes.
If the returned item does not comply with the original conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the goods.
Keep the return receipt until there is confirmation that the item has been received by us.
